Can take upto 8 weeks, keep ringing them.
You can collect it on its current plate though surely? I swapped my PP onto my 172 off my crashed 172, took 11 weeks! Just drive it on its current plates until you get the new logbook and tax disc, then you have like a certain amount of days to swap them over
