Number transfer?

I'm looking to get a T-Mobile Solo sim card as T-mobile is the only network anyone can recive at work.
I want to transfer my orange number to the new sim, but my girlfriend wants to take over my orange contract but with her number.

Is it possilbe to play swapsies with the numbers?

Nope. She will have to start a new contract and you will have to end yours with 30 days notice, then get the PAC (porting authority code).

She may well get a better deal anyway, being a new customer.
