I live right next door to this retail park. As long as all you people keep the bass to a low so my house isnt rattling then its all good, the last few times people havent been considering neighbours so would be nice to not need police presence and @Sunglasses_Ron, i might be there for a short time as its my birthday Sunday and goin for a piss up that night so will leave my car up the hill and walk down

I doubt if Dave will be attending as he has other things to look after, ive been roped in for grandson guarding so im not going but is a good place for future central Essex meets.
