my long never budged from minus 14.1 and the short flickered from minus 14 to minus 5 at idle and plus 10 something with a boot full

the long never budged at all regardless of throttle posotion or rpm

are these readings nprmal or way out? i was oiping to use this as my base to diagnose my ph1 emission problem

Long term shouldn't move much, it's averaged over a long time.
Short term will change constantly.
Relatively normal readings.
