I've had nothing but hassle from them, bits turn up damaged etc. Customer service rivals that of www.parcel2go.com ie SH1T

Last year my mum ordered me an ipod, they charged her credit card - 3 weeks later and numerous "enotes" for their customer service, they replied with a reference number for the courier. Rang the courier, they said the number didn't exist.

Ended up getting a refund through online protection with mastercard - ebuyer never once contacted us to tell us what was happening. They had our money yet wee didn't have the goods, were they bothered? were they fuk!

eBuyer has been good personally, luck of the draw i guess.

If you want bad customer service, take a look at OCuk, they are tragic. Phone rings and rings and rings, and if your lucky they might reply to your returns note within a week.

Ebuyer seems to be a mixed bag, personally I've had no serious problems. I think they have made serious efforts in the last few months to improve their customer service, they even have a phone number now so you don't have to use the dismal enotes system. They even gave me a full refund on a graphics card that died after 11 months, whether they were too incompetent to notice or actually trying to be helpful who knows. They are very cheap for cables though

Never had a problem with Ebuyer either.

Dabs has shocking after sales service though.

I use ebuyer loads, especially since they gave us a massive credit rating and a nice account manager to tend to all my needs. I can even get her on MSN if I need to. Service is a little patchy, but they are cheap and do try and sort things out. I've had a few faulty and incorrect items sent and they have swapped them no trouble at all, in usually within 7 - 10 days.

I agree with Ozzy about OCuK. They don't even answer the phone.....ever.

They lost the chance of an order in excess of £100k from me. How could I trust them to deliver if I couldn't even contact them.

Dabs have been okay for me, and I've never had a problem with Aria or Scan.

Again I think even dabs have pulled their socks up recently. My last RMA a few weeks ago took 3 working days from start to finish to resolve. They collected the item at their expense, tested the item and refunded it 3 days later. I also returned something under distance selling regs as I'd ordered by mistake and I got my refund within days. Used to be 2-3 weeks processing and then 30 days wait for your money. They still don't have a phone number which is a poor show. I heard they have been bought by newegg, so we might see some changes.
