Orange broadband & landline Answephone

We've got the Orange Home Max package so Orange take over the BT landline.

Apparently my dad has been trying to call all day and has left a number of messages on our answerphone - answerphone!? I didn't even know we had one!

Does anyone know how to retrieve answerphone messages for an Orange landline number? Google only comes up with how to retrieve Orange mobile answerphone messages from a landline, not how to get landline messages!
