P0141 fault code

Hey guys
Got the toxic fumes light on my dash. Read the code and it's coming up as P0141 O2 sensor circuit malfunction bank 1 sensor 2

Changed my rear lambda sensor and it's back again.
Any ideas?
Could something else be causing the problem?
