P0301 misfire in cylinder one.

The management light came on yesterday so I've just scanned it and it's given me this fault code!

Are there are any common problems associated with this or could it literally just be spark plugs, leads, coil pack etc?

Car seems to be running fine now though was just for that split second.

Could be fuel injector, just had mine changed. £66 + vat from renault for injector.Just watched mechanic pull the plugs of them one by one to check for any change.

Seems to be a regular thing blocked injectors, I agree best way to identify ifs just remove plugs and put back on one by one until the engine doesn't sound any different, that being your faulty injector.
