Paging File Error.

I have just has a error on start stating that my paging file needs to be inrcreased.

I know where the settings are for this, and at the moment is set to 'Systems Managed Size'
This has to be changed im guessing, what do I need to change it to?

Windows is normally okay at managing your Page File, but I use 3 times my system RAM. So, I've got 1024 installed and my Page File is set at 3072.
