Paint repair

Hi All,
Not sure if this would be the correct section but i have noticed a couple of scrapes down the side of my car, looks like someone has hit a wing mirror or something into the car when it was parked.
Any recommendations on how to fix/ get rid of the marks?

Can you feel them with your finger? Pictures are difficult to see but it is possible it could be polished out.

Seems more like paint rubbing onto it rather than a deep scratch

Can you recommend an actual product to use to try to remove it?

By hand?

Give something like Meguiars Scratch X 2.0 a go.
