Panasonic Plasma 42/46/50 ST/GT/VT 30

Yo!

Has anyone got this TV and not got green blobs (visible on light backgrounds)?

Seems like most sets suffer from this problem (Panasonic UK say its an issue with UK power restrictions however many problems have been reported outside of the EU).

I'm just about to buy one and want to make sure this isnt as much of a problem as AVFORUMS suggests.

I'm after a 46" GT30.

well obviously thats newer than mine, but i have the panasonic g10 50" ( http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0025WI4FY/?tag=cliospnet01-21 ) and have done for 2 odd years and never had a single screen issue with it. cant imagine the newer ones having much different technology at the moment. so they should be really good mate, granted there have been those issues as said but that could of simply been a bad batch or the fact foreign countries have different electricity set ups etc.

basically, buy the tv, you will love it

Im the same as clancy don't actually have a newer model but my 46" PZ85B ( 3-4 series back ) has been faultless for the last 3 or so years, no green blobs or any colour blobs to report....
