Passenger door speaker u/s

Changed the head unit from standard to a Bluetooth one I had. All went well then realised the passenger door speaker isn't working. Only got the car recently so may have been like that already but not sure.
Is this a common problem? Should I start at the speaker end or take the stereo out again and check the plugs/stalk adaptor?
