PC Help Needed

My PC crashed yesterday and now when I load it back up it cant find a partition on my hard drive. It was named D: and had been there since I bought the PC. The HDD is 320gb yet windows 7 is now telling me it is only 160gb which is what was set aside for c:

How do i find the other partition and recover the data on it?
