Petrol Cap Stuck!

Anyone have any idea's. My central locking wont let the cap open? Tried everything i can think of and still no luck. Dont really want to go to renault as they will charge a fortune.

Warranty job? or is it older than 3years?

Nah its out of warrenty :S. I've managed to pull it open with a lot of force but the hinge is still locked shut so it wont shut properly.
