ph2 rear lights on a ph1 help!!!!!

got myself a brand new set of ph2 rear lights for my motor but they seem to be lighting up wrong , what am i doing wrong or what should i be doing to make them work correctly :S i thought it would be a simple case of unplug the old ones and clip the new ones in

please help

thanks 172lover just did it there now , does only one fog work ???

yeeea, but you can solder on an additional wire and run it behind the rear bumper to give a current to the other fog light. Not much point for the 3 times a year you use it.
