ph2 xenon gone dull? HELP!

my passenger side xenon has gone dull not really dull it still shines but only half as bright, any ideas what this could be? and will it be covered by warranty? help needed please

Take it to renault see if its under warently could be a bad connection or computer ballest pack.

Best try ask about good will etc it shoulnd't fail this quick realy.

ballest computer probbely failed then.

which 1s the ballast the computer, the bit that twists on the back of the bulb? or the grey box underneath the headlight? thanks

Right. Bets bet is, first swap the bulb out of the faulty light, into the good light. If good light side now goes dull, its the bulb. if not, its the ballast. Ballast is the box under the headlight

.... and no its wont be under warranty lol, its over 3 years old, and wasnt even fitted to your car as standard.......

havnt tried swaping bits over yet as all its done is rain, can the bulb itself go dull? as i thort bulbs just blow, iv found a ballast for sale and a voltage bit that goes on the back of the bulb any ideas which 1 id be better buying?
