Phone line help!

Ok so BT said i wont have to pay a connection fee if i have a dialing tone! I have a dialing tone but it will not dial through to any numbers!

What do you rekon am i going to be forking out £125?

Sounds like its just barred rather that being disconnected. Do you know the line number??

Just ask to set it up in a new account and they shouldn't charge you a connection fee.

If the dialing tone is broken and you cant dial out it indicates there is barring on it.
