just a little bit of photoshop advice try having a play with the levels to bring out the colour a bit better on the car and to hide the shaddows etc.

you could use the clone tool to remove the handles
or
copy the handles onto a new layer then use a layer mask just to show the handles themselves, then use image/adjust/hue & saturation click on colourise and you can make the handles any colour you want to.

it's easier to photoshop cars if the wheels are straight too.
also if you lower yourself down so the camera is closer to the floor pics always look better than when you take them standing up.

f you want to know anything about photoshop give me a pm there isn't much I dont know

there's not much lower it can go....and don't forget....I have a 5door for a reason....passengers......each passenger adding an extra 70kg onto the weight of the car...3 passengers in the back make and extra 210kg....the wheels scrape on the arches now when the cars fully loaded lol

ohhh. ok then, thats lower enough haha!

whats the drop up there ^^ about 35mm?

  1.8 8v RSi
well the front dont need as much lowering as the back does so at a guess id say 35mm front and about 45mm back

sorted =]

plans sound good!

actually come to think of it...i got some springs for the front if your intretsed? can have them cheap and its free to lower the back?
the springs are spax 35mm with 2 coils off and lower it about 45-50mm..but itll look exactly the same height as the photoshop with them on!

just an idea =]

im lookin for full suspension though....i got very bump country roads to go threw to get to work so i need somethin stronger...unless you can get hold of dampers as well?

2 coils off? as in cut off?

yeah i can get hold of some no problem!
they'll be quite expensive tho, as ill get them from work...discount tho...?

i ran these springs on standrd shocks for about 7 months and theyre fine! no problems what so ever!

basically, with the 30mm drop you couldnt tell....so 2 coils have been grinded off the bottom to lower it another 10-15mm...some people turn their noses up, but i ran them for 7 months as i said without ANY problems...

i might just be turnning my nose up at them then lol...my old R5 had chopped springsand it was so saggy when it came to handling...and i like my quickish driving...its ok for city driving but i don't wanna take shortcuts when ti comes to handling lol
