photoshop help!

had a fiddle with photoshop

but now cant make it any neater or sort out why the colour is mismatching anybody wanna have ago.? Neaten it up for me ?

Um you could try de saturating all the body work. so its a light grey. and then create a new layer, select all the body work you want coloured, colour the area you want. and then play with the blending options and the opasity settings.

Also with your flame layer play with the blending options and it will look better.
