Picking up my 39700 mile PH 1 Tomorrow

I am looking at picking up my 172 ph1 tomorrow.
I hope I have found a good one.
It is a one owner from new with 39700miles on the clock, with all MOTs to back it up.
I will get some photos up once i get it.

Yeah all belts have been done. And water pump. He has an invoice for about £800
