its fairly easy. the hardest part is getting the things to stay on when you put them back. In order to get them off you literally have to rip them from the trim! The front ones are a b**ch but as you get going they become easier. They are held in by little white rivets which are a soft adhesive. If you get a screwdriver and wiggle and push at each one for about 10 seconds, it will cut through. There are about 15 rivets to cut on each front door card. N.B Remember to take the door handle out first.
Rear doorcards really are a b**ch to get out. They are held in by clips. I managed to break about 4 of the plastic clips holding the door card in. I glued them back on though and now its solid again. All it needs I found out is a hell of a lot of elbow grease and prizing with a screwdriver and eventually they come off.
I used a piece of blue material which I got from the market for £4. I was worried it would be too thin but to be honest it doesnt really matter how thin it is. Cut a piece of material to roughly the size of the doorcard and leave about 2 inches around the edges. Lay the doorcard on the floor, or on a dust sheet and spray the entire front surface with spray adhesive (dont bother taking off the original material - youll see why if you try to remove it!). Lay the material on the doorcard and flatten it out. (This bit is my favourite - it looks wicked when you see the different colour on the doorcard). Now turn the doorcard so the material is face down. Grab some scissors and trim the material around the edges to about 2cm. Spray glue the edges where the material is going to stick to and hold material until stuck. You may need to staple gun some parts down, especially in corners as the glue tends not to hold them down.
Now the easy part - cut a hole out about 2.5cm in from the indent you can see where the door handle goes. Luckily if you go a bit wrong here it doesnt matter because you wont see the bits you have cut in the end.
Finally, make up some Araldite and put some on every rivet that you broke in the first place. Stick the doorcard back on and replace the door handle. And voila!
The rear doorcards are just the same except you dont have to worry about the handle. I though the rears were much easier as well!
