i normaly get tyres from black circles but they dont stock these!

Aye, what Gareth said. http://www.costco.co.uk/ It's a wholesale/trade place but private individuals can get membership. In Milton Keynes they have a tyre fitting centre, PE2s are ~£80 fitted.
