Pioneer AVH5700DVD bypass help

i have just bought a Pioneer AVH5700DVD and i cant get the dvd to work becuase it keeps coming up with cant use while driving and it comes up even if the cars turned off any help please
its fitted into a clio sport 172

the handbrake wire cant remember what colour it is just earth it should sort the problem out
