polishing inlet on a valver

just finished polishing my rocker cover on my valver looks really good but I now want to poish up the inlet manifold, had a little look at taking it off dosnt look easy

so my question has anyone polished theirs ? if so how ? on car or off cheers

do it off the car.

some tricky to reach nuts and bolts though and careful with the cold start injector on the bottom.
