Prima racing 310 mm discs

Does anyone know where prima racing get the parts to change from normal 172/182 brakes to a 310 mm disc size? Are they off another Renault model, or off another vehicle range?

And would they be custom caliper carriers or off a similar vehicle?

but you'd need to drill them 4x100

there is a handy search on that site based on dimensions, knock yourself out.
