Problems with MSN Messenger

lately my MSN has been freezing up for a few seconds at a time

never had problems with it before and not installed a new version or anything

anyone else having problems ?

I been having all sorts of problems with it last couple of days, signing me out every few minutes or so then back in. My internet connection is uninterupted everything else fine. mine always freezes for about 10 seconds when first signing in.
I havent recently updated either.

Yeah, we have have a leased line at work so i don't ever have connection problems, yet a couple of weeks ago it was signing me out quite regularly! Seems ok lately though...

theres a rumour thats its somthing to do with the new Xbox msn somthing to do with the compatability with xbox users talking to the pcs crashing theres servers... sounds a bit far fetched to me tho

mine keeps randomly freezing for a few seconds and then it works fine and normal. also if i get signed out i cant re-sign in i have to exit msn and reload it for it to allow me to sign back in.

strange one.

Yea theres been loads of problems with msn the past week, should think they will sort themselves out soon enough, just be patient!

glad its not just me then, its getting really annoying, can hardly use it properly at all
