I got an ipod touch 4 back in nov and every time i sync with itunes, itunes freezes, and freezes my whole laptop!! My laptop is running windows vista.
It will eventually sync after hours of trying and rebooting, which is VERY annoying!!
Anyone else had this problem or got any ideas?
I have looked on the apple help pages, and that just suggests the laptop is faulty, but i thnk thts coz its not a mac and thats the only answer they can give me as the laptop worked fine for 2 years syncing an ipod nano.
