program for resizing pics?

can someone please recomend a free program tht i can resize some pics or if some one could do 8 pics for me that would be gr8.

very badly though lol, goes all pixallated, i use either photoshop, or do a google search for a free program called easy thumbnails, that ones pretty good

Irfanview allows you to choose different resizing filters depending on whether you want a fast resize or a high quality resize. Even on highest quality setting the resizing time is instant though.
