Protecting Headlights

Is there anything I can put on them to make sure they don't get UV damaged/light scratches like they all seem to do?

Not Lamin-x.

Something GTechniq C1, 4 or 5 are uv resistant with some mild scratch resistance.

I never used anything other than a durable wax on mine for 7 years and they still looked as new. I'm sure a lot of it comes down to what they are washed with

I was speaking to someone the other week who has had his laquered, not sure if that will work or if there's any side effects though...

^^chips in the lacquer from stones.

A decent wax, or as Dave has suggested, C4/5/the old 1. They are plastic so these products will protect them for about two years. My head and tail lights still bead 18months after application.

Cool cheers lads. I've got some Collonite 476s would that do the trick? Do I apply it the same as I would on paint?
