Quick airbag question

I just sold a mk2 clio and the person who bought it is asking if I still have the key to turn the passenger airbag off. I never tried turning it off and assumed it used the ignition key.
Is this correct?
I dont have the manual anymore so cant check this

Should be a key on the passeneger armrest area.

Bloody hell thats some quick replying!
By mk2 I mean the latest shape, maybe its mk3 actually.Its just the passenger airbag for child seats etc. Thanks cupcake and blink172

Turns the passanger airbag off but not the side airbag i expect. Tho i would not really like to think it would not go off. If its hit hard enough i expect it to do something. Also you would may want to mention the random airbag caption you get from moving the seats forward & back on the 3dr models as the connector to the seat gets knocked. You can just cut the wires and join them permanent or zip tie em to stop them parting with each other.

This happened on me 02 clio, but not on the 182 yet.
