Quick PC Question...

I've noticed that at the low speed you can stop the pad from spinning if you hold it... is this normal?

Yeah thats normal. The PC isn't a fixed rotation like a rotary polisher so you should be able to stop it spinning on lower speeds with moderate pressure. I tend to use the PC for polishing on speeds 4+. The G220 seem to have more power though and don't stop quite so easy.
