Quick question re: Turinis

Hi guys - I am looking at some speedline Turinis, they are

16x7.0" PCD/Offset: 4x100 ET40

Will these fit my Clio 182 with cup packs ok, and will the tyres from my standard 16's on my 182 fit on the Turinis?

They are 205/45 ?

Any help would be great, cheers guys....

Yes they fit straight on with them tyres also!
