Dont go there, i did and i had a mare!
I helped the guy that owns Racetech (if he is still there that is) when he first open in Progress road. I help set up his shop etc after work and at weekend as I thought the place would be good for Southend.
As I helped him i decided to use his services to get my car sorted out (big mistake). It took about 2 months for him to get the whole kit in and fit it to my car.
After it being out of my possesion of fekin ages, they managged to fook just about everything up. The body kit wasnt fitted properly with bits not fitting flush and clips and bracket being broken.
The spoiler was fitted and the holes were left from where the old spoiler was removed (leaving about 12 holes)...... there were covered in masking tape. The spoiler was not fitted securely so all the paint cracked arround where it was attached. When the holes where filled and the spoiler repainted he charge me for the work (which should have been in the originl agreed price).
My new alloys were all scuffed and chipped by the numb nut that removed them to fit the side skirts.
My alloys and rear windows also got paint all over them when there were touching up the paint job they had done, as they dont remove things to paint them or cover parts up that may get sprayed with the paint.
My centre exhauust was fitted using flexi pipe instead of the stainless steel piping there said they were going to use. It pipe ran from the cat straight to the back. When I took it back to get it replaced with stainless steel piping They hooked it all up so it was laying flsh against my handbrake cable and inches from my brake cables. This caused the handbrake cable to melt exposing the inner metal cable. I took it back once again and this was the result...........

that brown rust looking patch half way across the pipe is where they heated the pipe to bend it (and put a hole it, which was sealed with a big welded blob) as you can see all they did was pull it down
(this pic is taken at 2xtreme where I had it redone Like this...................

which as you can see is much better.
Race-tech charged me shed loads over the prices I have now been told it should cost. They always charge you more than they quote. The damage they caused etc was never rectified and I had to go elsewhere. The end result is shat. I have had loads of other probs with them so I dont go there anymore I go to
http://www.2xtrememotorsport.co.ukwww.2xtrememotorsport.co.uk now which are loads better and are the people racetech end up sending you to once they have bodged it all up and it need sorting. These guys are great, they fitted my coilovers and bucket seats and sorted all the problems like bodged exhaust and bad body kit fitting that racetech done.
So all I can say is dont put yourself though it!!
