Random symbols in Safari

How do I fix this?

Doesn't do it all over, but it seems to have just sprouted up on websites. I haven't changed anything/updated/installed anything for ages.
Encoding is set to Western (ISO Latin 1), which I presume is default.

LOL. TBF, it wasn't just amazon, but that was the best example of the issue.
