Was the Clio Initiale model, ( leather interior etc ) a rare model for the clio?

Not seen many at all either out and about or on this forum....

I guess so - it's the top spec so I imagine that it cost a lot more to buy and not many people would want to spend the extra on a small car like the Clio. They don't tend to command a premium over other models in the used market any more though.

Dynamique was generally bought by younger drivers, the initiale by older more sensible iirc

Yeah as above. The Initiale was popular with the automatic gearbox, generally bought by older folk. Good spec though.

Good spec but only came in 5 doors and that wood effect interior I'd imagine didn't go down well with the kids.
