rattle from the rear passenger side interior

Ive got a really annoying rattle in the back of my car, it sounds like its coming from near the seatbelt at the back passenger side.

i know these things do rattle themselves to pieces but its really annoying.

Are there any common coulprits before i get somebody to sit in the back and push each trim as i go over bumps lol?

are you absolutely 1000% sure that its inside and not the heat shield above the exhausts? It might sound daft but so many people seem to have this issue.

Check the strut top in the boot and the rear speaker grills.
