Rattling / knocking / loose shock help?

My front passenger side suspension area (?) seems loose/rattly when I go over rough ground. This is evident every time I set off as my drive goes onto cobbles for about 20 metres.

Its coming from the front passenger side suspension setup, sounds like a loose damper or something. Is this a common thing as i've searched but cant find much about it? It is only there over a rough/bumpy road.

Any ideas what it might be? and what I can check/tighten to sort it out.

Not sure of this is connected but it seemed to start a while ago when I tried to remove my strut tops, but the nuts/strut top just turned, i've not touched them since!

Check for a broken spring or worn anti roll bar bushes.

what do the anti roll bar bushes look like? (sorry for my ignorance)

Ive got a similar 1 from the drivers side, over speedbumps it fine but over some rough ground it rattle, not checked yet but wouldnt a ball joint or strut top mount give similar symptoms??
