Rattling Noise front passenger side?

I have done some searches on this and have been getting some mixed results all in all. CV joint, suspension and other things.

Basically i started noticing this when turning around on my street, i would sometimes get a clunk when in full lock. Not bothered me and i have left it. However recently the sound from the same area (front passenger side) has become a lot louder where i can hear rattles now and again especially over bumps. Its gradually got worse and today its standing out to me, any bump in the road there is a loud rattle coming from the car, i had the windows down and could really hear it, on a flat bit of road its fine.

Taking it to a garage on Monday to sort the tracking out and i have asked them to advise me what the problem is to sort it so i will see what they say but any ideas on here?
