Rattling trim

I could do with some advice. I've got annoying rattles coming from the silver insert to the right of the wheel, the steering wheel cowl, and the driver's side window.
Is there a good way so fix these, other than to use huge amounts of tiger seal to make sure it never makes a noise again?

Buying a rolls Royce is the only way really.
You can try foam tape and sound deadening, mine isnt too bad inside now.

Track days and polybushing probably didn't help. I'll see what foam tape I've got. Thanks for the tip.

A little spot of RTV or mastic works wonders on rattling trim.
