Rear axle bushes

Local garage says my rear axle bushes are:

"Split but no movement"

and tell me its nothing to worry about immediately. Would anyone suggest otherwise?

Have you got any knocking noises from the rear, have the rear wheels been rubbing on the rear wheel arches? Has the handling changed at all?

Theres sometimes a knock when I start her up and first move off from standstill. Not always tho, and generally only when its been at standstill for a while (so not when im stopped at lights for example).

No rubbing as far as I can tell, and handling seems fine.

I wounld't worry to much depends how bat it is they all crack in time.

Changing isn't a quick job realy.

Most cars have them cracked.
