rear speakers

I’ve recentley bought a 06 plate old shap clio but the rear speakers are none exsistant (the panles next to the back seats). The dealership offered to fit some speakers for a one off price but recommended fitting some myself. Does anyone know what size these speakers should be and how I would go about fitting them?

Go back to the dealer, give them your chassis number, and tell them check if the car is pre-wired..

If it is, then remove the fronts of the panels, measure the speaker mounts, get some speakers that size, and attach them to the speakers wires that should be lying down at the bottome of the panel..

If the arent pre-wired, run 2 cables rfom the back of the HU, and then do as above

if pre wired get some co-ax speakers to go in there but you might not have the output on the head unit for them.

if they aint pre wired leave um out as they are not needed imho

the speakers are 15cm

yeh sorry just double checked with my box they are 13cm.

Yeh the speakers in the Mk2 Clio are 13cm/5.25".

Yep 13s as mentioned but not needed and a waste of money, leave them empty and spend extra on a quality set of components for the front and amp them.
