Hi Guy's and Gal's.

Just looking at my car can realised one side at the rear is lightly higher than the oposing side. Now im running on coilovers and they are set to there lowest setting so theres no way they could be unlevel on the height adjusters is it just my car or are all clio's exactly the same?

My clio's a mk2 btw for those who dont know

You checked for the obvious like leaking shocks and broken springs ?

Nothing wrong with them bud, an empty tank doesnt really change things tbh just looks shite when you look at it from one side and then the other is a tad higher :dead:

weird mate, im sure it shouldnt be like that, a fuel tank shouldn't change things as the fuel tank is a 'saddle bag' design isn't it so the weight is more evenly distributed ?

springs sitting properly on each spring platform ?

have you actually measured it??

every time i walk away from my car i think one side is higher than the other, or its higher than it used to be, i end up going back to the car to check the height against my phone looking like a right tool. but unfortunately, im obsessed :(

ha ha ha ha im quite obsessed its getting out of hand with stickers tbh lol

i know this is a old post but searching around. ive got the same problem, ive got konigsport coilovers and both sides are equally lowerd, checked with vernier calipers numerous times, and ive tried adjusting the damping to softest setting on both fronts.

coilovers have been on for 1 month now so theyve had time to settle in, the problem im having is that the drivers side is sitting lower than the passenger side? by maybe 6-8mm?

also the rear axels dont have camber shims and both the back wheels have noticable camber, and it isnt even that low i mean thers 30mm from top of tyre tread to lip of the wheel arch?

also both back spring platforms are equal and both springs sit correct yet the left rear is sitting higher than the right? wtf, help!

im going to get the camber sorted out and the tracking done tomorow, is there anything that you all know that might be causing this? or anything that might be causing the issues.

thankyou
pete
