Remote not working.

Led on the remote is flashing, but doors not opening, and indicators not flashing, cars not been used for a few days, and recently had another engine fitted, will try a new battery in the fob tomorrow, but what id like to know is,
how do i get in, if the car battery is flat, as there isnt a key hole, to unlock it, car is a 05, 182,
