If it's anything like the Mk2 Phase 2 bumper, they are pretty straight-forward. Definitely helps if you have someone else on your first attempt, just to support the (front) bumper whilst removing it - but it's certainly doable on your own.

There are two bolts - one each side of the bumper, up and above the front wheel. There are also two bolts underneath that need removing also at the centre front - easily seen when you look under the front.

The rest is down to arch liner clips, which are well worth renewing if you're taking the bumper off. The top edges of the bumper need lifting slightly and pulling away - they might need a slight tug, but they will pop off.

Once removed from the front of the car, you'll have to disconnect the washer jet nozzle pipes and also the power lead that is connected to the front fog lamps.

If none of my babbling above helps, there are plenty of guides and tips on here, if you search. :)

Aye i had a phase 2 before the phase 1 and thought it will be easy as because i remember my phase 2 as very easy but i was wrong it was a pain in the arse to find the 500 bolts and clips but got there eventually.
