Removing head lights?

God only knows how its happened, but the actual insides of the headlight have broken clean off so behind the glass it is possible to move the bit where the bulbs sit. There is plastic everywhere rattling about and none of the bulbs screw into position !

Ahhh thats s**t news, I'd change your xenon bulbs whilst its off mate, just another thing to go wrong.
