removing rear ph1 non sport bumpstrip?

how do i do it to get CCd or do they just have to tape up around it?

It's not a bumpstrip mate, it's part of the bumper itself. So the bumper just comes off as a whole and then you mask along the edge of the paint, or can repaint the whole thing at once.
