Does anyone happen to know how to get the latest update? I do have it currently all actived ect but it's quite outdated now and could do with updating for newer vehicles. ? Is it a case of paying for it again?

You will need to pay again unless getting a knockoff version. Last time i looked im sure it had gone subscription based.
