Replacement keys

How do I go about getting replacement keys for my mk2 ph1 Clio and how much do they cost???

Ive lost my main set and my spare will open the doors and start the engine but doesnt turn the imobiliser off so the engine cuts out So my car is sitting on the drive going nowhere quick.

£95 a key (without blades).

however if its just the immobiliser Reno might be able to reprogram it for about £40 labour.

Didnt think it would be that much, Ive gotta get 1 key as a spare and the other will need to be reprogrammed. Gonna be an expensive month.

I might as well just get rid of the car lol

i have a brand new key here that i ordered for my old car and never used, its still sealed up.

but unfortunately ive been told theyre car specific so its no good to you.

No worries mate, Im gonna have to get it sorted today anyway. Just gotta wait till my parents get home.

What will Renault need to get new keys??? Will they need the car itself or can they order them from the codes inside the key I have?

Bought a W reg Clio Sport last week but there was only 1 key with it. Just rang Renault who have quoted me £200 to make me a spare. Eeeek!

they will need ya car mate to reprogram your current 1 and program the new one they had to do it to mine but that was cuz the central locking buggered but they will still need the car for what u need done dude
