Hi all,
would anyone be able to give me any advice on removing the auto tensioner on my renaultsport clio 172 (W reg).
basically ive taken the wheel off and gone through that way instead of taking the engine out. I can get the spanner on the bolt but there just isnt enough room to turn the darn thing as everything is so tight.
has anyone got any experience of removing it who could give me some help please?
i did a quick search and all i could find was this:
"8mm(iirc) sump plug socket. into the tensioner, and push towards the back of the engine bay, to remove it i lifted the engine up about 12inches"
any help would be great.
