Replacing The Aerial Base

  Suzuki Ignis Sport
Well in the past i had a richbrook aerial for my car, and took it to a car wash ( i know!! I was young and didn't really care about my car then ) well anyway.... the dryer in the car wash snapped my aerial off, and with it, the screw bit thats inside the base of the aerial.

I've tried glueing it back on, but it just doesn't fit as well.

Does anyone know how easy or difficult it is to replace the base?

I did it mate, and if I can do it anyone can!! lol

remove the rubber seal at the top of the boot opening, pull the headlining down enough to get a ratchet in there.

Then remove the torx screw on the o/s rear interior plastic so you have access to where the ariel bases wire meets the middle section.

swap all bits and put it back together. Easy peasy.
